What is a Judgment?
Judgment is a document that reflects the outcome of a court case. At the end of the court process, the judge issues a decision that you must receive.
A court decision on your case can be obtained in court, by letter, or in Diya. Yes, in the Diya application, you can receive an electronic court decision with a qualified electronic signature of judges. The document has the same legal force as its paper counterpart.
To obtain court decisions in Action:
- log in to the app;
- go to Services and select Litigation;
- view the court decision and, if necessary, download it to your smartphone or computer
To use court services in Diya, update the application to the latest version.
In addition, in the Diya application, Ukrainians can also receive notifications about scheduled court sessions in which they are participants in the case.
Using the Electronic Court system is convenient, fast and economical. You don’t need to carry documents to the court or to the post office, you don’t need to travel hundreds of kilometers. This is especially relevant for groups of people with reduced mobility. This saves your time and money. Registration and use of the electronic cabinet are free.
