This is a special telephone line for providing advice and support to the veteran community, their family members and the families of fallen Defenders. It was launched by the team of the Ministry of Veterans together with the Red Cross of Ukraine in test mode.
By calling 0 800 505 217, qualified specialists will provide advice on:
- Psychosocial support
- Benefits
- Housing issues
- Monetary assistance and compensation
- Medical issues
- Legal support
If necessary, specialists will be able to direct appeals to the entities providing veteran services, in particular, psychological assistance, etc.
During the test regime, suggestions and comments on the operation of the service are also collected in order to determine the objective load and promptly take measures to improve the efficiency of the “line”.
